SYSTRA UK & Ireland is expanding its Systems Engineering and Assurance capability in London and across the UK. The role focuses on requirements management, V&V, and technical assurance for major rail and transport projects.

You will work with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements and ensure traceability throughout the lifecycle. The candidate will use DOORS, Visio, and Enterprise Architect, engage with external bodies, and contribute to delivering robust evidence for

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Requirements Management across the full lifecycle of projects, ideally large infrastructure.
• Experience with DOORS and document control on complex programs.
• Excellent communications skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Familiarity with database tools e.g. ProjectWise, BC, eB.

Aufgaben

• Deploy high standards of systems engineering using recognised standards (ISO/IEC 15288, 42010, INCOSE).
• Implement processes to capture, manage, and measure quality of requirements and outputs.
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and ensure clarity and achievability.
• Provide robust evidence for validation and verification of requirements.
• Use industry tools (DOORS, Visio, Enterprise Architect) to support integration, requirements, and V&V.
• Maintain and develop competence per the engineering framework.
• Engage with external bodies and clients to enhance reputation.
