Job summary

Rullion is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Twyford/Winchester to provide systems engineering leadership across the full lifecycle—from requirements capture to commissioning. You will work with mechanical, electrical, control and software teams, mentoring junior engineers and supporting technical bids.

The role requires defining verification strategies, managing interfaces, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Capture, analyse, and manage system and stakeholder requirements with full traceability through verification.
• Develop and manage system architectures, functional models, and interface definitions.
• Lead implementation of verification and validation strategies in line with regulatory and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering leadership across the full lifecycle: concept, design, integration, V&V, commissioning.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical bids and cost/schedule estimates.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, control and software teams to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Define and implement verification strategies complying with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Interact with subcontractors to manage technical deliverables and ensure requirement conformance.
