Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in systems engineering and requirements management of complex systems.
• Proficiency with requirements management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for validating and optimizing requirements.
• Experience in test definitions, planning and execution (system/subsystem).
• Knowledge of security practices and information assurance in defence contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle management from concept to retirement; plan and support design reviews.
• Analyse stakeholder needs and elicit clear, traceable requirements.
• Develop and communicate system architectures with traceability to requirements.
• Define and control internal and external system interfaces.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate technical outputs.
• Plan and execute system integration, verification and qualification activities.
• Plan for in-service support, maintenance and end-of-life disposal.
• Promote continuous improvement of tools, processes and practices.
• Operate within company process framework with consistent application.
