Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation and support of complex Microsoft server and cloud infrastructure in a hands-on senior role. You will deliver technical designs, engage with stakeholders and drive project delivery across live environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a senior infrastructure role, with strong Microsoft technologies in enterprise settings and a track record of delivering secure, scalable infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior infrastructure/systems engineering role.
• Experience with Microsoft server and cloud environments.
• Able to design, implement and support complex enterprise infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical delivery of complex infrastructure projects
• Design, implement and maintain Microsoft server and cloud solutions
• Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and scope technical solutions
• Produce high- and low-level technical designs, project documentation and implementation plans
• Provide technical input into estimates, Statements of Work and change requests
• Configure and deploy infrastructure in line with agreed designs
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical problem resolution
• Support live environments, including planned maintenance and incident resolution
• Manage service transition, documentation and knowledge transfer into support teams
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure, processes and operational procedures
• Take ownership of technical tasks from initial scoping through to successful delivery

Are you a Systems Engineer or Senior Systems Engineer with strong Microsoft infrastructure and cloud experience?

We're looking for an experienced engineer to join a technically diverse environment, taking a leading role in the design, implementation and support of complex server and cloud infrastructure.

This is a hands-on senior position where you'll combine technical engineering with project delivery, solution design and customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the technical delivery of complex infrastructure projects
• Design, implement and maintain Microsoft server and cloud solutions
• Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and scope technical solutions

Technical expertise we're looking for
