Job summary

Brightwell in London/UK is seeking a Senior Systems Developer to join the Member Services team and help evolve the IntelliPen Pensions Administration platform. You will work with Procentia and internal teams to maintain, enhance and deploy system changes with a focus on performance and user experience.

You will contribute technically, lead development efforts, and drive continuous delivery while aligning with governance standards and quality practices.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting defined benefit pensions administration systems.
• Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience delivering system improvements and onboarding new technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development and enhancement of IntelliPen functionality.
• Provide expert technical support to developers and operational teams.
• Collaborate with change teams and third-party partners to deliver improvements.
• Work with QA to define and execute testing strategies for releases.
• Plan development roadmaps and manage sprint activity.
• Produce and analyse development reporting for impact and value.
• Ensure development activity aligns with governance requirements.
• Take ownership of solution design and provide technical leadership.
