Job Description:

• Design, specification, and development of vehicle systems (including, but not limited to, cooling, steering, and fuel systems)
• Create 3D detailed design CAD models and assembly drawings using Catia V5
• Support testing and validation of systems, and assist in designing test jigs and rigs as needed
• Collaborate with multiple departments to develop new designs and troubleshoot issues
• Assist in vehicle and test car builds, resolving technical problems
• Maintain systems technical library documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers to define and deliver engineering systems and resolve manufacturing issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aeronautical engineering, or similar
• Minimum 6 years of experience in high-performance parts environment
• Strong understanding of systems and mechanical engineering fundamentals
• Proficiency in CAD (preferably CATIA V5)
• Knowledge of PLM systems (preferably Windchill)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Fluent English is mandatory
