Job Description:

• Design, specification, and development of vehicle systems (including, but not limited to, cooling, steering, and fuel systems)
• Creating 3D detailed design CAD models and assembly drawings using Catia V5
• Supporting testing and validation of systems, as well as designing test jigs and rigs as needed
• Collaborating with multiple departments to develop new designs and resolve technical issues
• Supporting vehicle and test car builds, troubleshooting technical problems
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for systems
• Working with suppliers to define, deliver engineering systems, and resolve manufacturing issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aeronautical engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with high-performance parts in a similar environment
• Strong understanding of systems and mechanical engineering fundamentals
• Proficiency with CAD software (preferably CATIA V5)
• Knowledge of PLM systems (preferably Windchill)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Fluent English communication skills
