Hyra is seeking a highly experienced Principal System Architect to provide technical leadership across the development of advanced, high‑performance technology. You will shape product architectures, establish technical direction and translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

This role blends strategic influence with hands‑on architectural expertise, guiding engineering teams and working directly with customers and partners.

Formación

• Experience in system architecture for complex signal-processing, modem or communications products.
• Ability to define, analyse and manage complex requirements for systems and products.
• Strong HW/SW partitioning, interface definition and architectural design experience.
• Ability to lead technical trade-offs across software and hardware implementations.
• Proven technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Significant customer-facing experience with technical studies and product/IP integration.
• Knowledge of 3GPP standards, including 5G NR or strong 4G LTE exposure.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to both engineering and commercial stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architectural development across complex products and IP, aligning customer requirements with product strategy and delivery.
• Define system architectures, including hardware/software partitioning and interfaces.
• Lead trade-offs across performance, throughput, latency, resources and power.
• Provide direction on requirements, decomposition, modelling, performance analysis and verification.
• Guide decisions across software, FPGA and ASIC platforms.
• Lead customer technical discussions, feasibility studies and integrations.
• Resolve complex issues and maintain architectural consistency across products and teams.
• Mentor engineers and architects, contributing to standards and long-term technology planning.
