Job summary

Thrive in Mansfield, United Kingdom is seeking a System Administrator to deliver remote support across multi-tenant environments, diagnose complex incidents, and implement changes. Candidates should have 3–5 years IT support experience, strong Windows Server, AD, Azure/Entra, M365 admin, Intune, and networking skills, plus PowerShell scripting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support/operations experience, preferably in MSP or multi-tenant environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, Exchange/M365 admin, Intune, and SharePoint.
• Proficient in networking concepts (L2/3, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, NAT, VPNs).
• Experience with endpoint security, backup/DR, patch management, and PowerShell scripting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support across diverse, multi-tenant environments and handle escalated incidents.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with other teams, and document actions in Thrive's tools.
• Analyze client server, workstation, and network environments to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Maintain client communication and manage expectations during troubleshooting.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to service-delivery improvements.
