Compensation: $85-115K

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, engineering, and documenting advanced configurations for Windows servers and Office 365.
• Leading complex server migrations, installations, and decommissions.
• Developing hybrid on-premise and Azure environments that drive business success.
• Providing mentorship to junior IT team members and influencing technical strategy.
• Configuring and troubleshooting enterprise storage, backup solutions, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Supporting multi-software applications and collaborating with third-party vendors.
• Automating processes with PowerShell scripting for efficient operations.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Deep expertise in Windows servers, Office 365, and Azure hybrid configurations.
• At least 7 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SAN/NAS storage, RAID configurations, and backup strategies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell).
• Exceptional communication skills to interface with stakeholders and leadership.
• Certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert are highly preferred.
