Job summary

TRIA is partnering with a well-established Insurance organisation in London and Milton Keynes, offering a hybrid role (2 days per week) during a major Finance Transformation programme implementing Workday to replace legacy systems.

You will join during the implementation, shaping the finance systems landscape and developing into a long-term SME for the platform post go-live, working with Finance, Procurement, HR, Payroll and Tech teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator, Functional Consultant, or ERP Specialist.
• Hands-on support of a major Finance ERP platform (Workday preferred, or Oracle/SAP/Dynamics 365/NetSuite).
• Experience with system configuration, reporting, and security administration.
• Participation in ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of core finance processes and controls.
• Experience in Financial Services or Insurance.
• Exposure to Power Platform, Copilot, or automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure, optimize, and provide ongoing support of Workday and the wider finance systems estate.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, Payroll, and Technology teams to drive process improvements.
• Help drive adoption and continuous improvement across the business.
• Becoming a long-term SME for the platform post go-live.

Location: London or Milton Keynes – Hybrid (2 days per week)

We're working with a well-established Insurance organisation embarking on a major Finance Transformation programme, implementing Workday to replace their legacy finance platform.

This is an excellent opportunity to join during the implementation phase, helping shape the future finance systems landscape whilst becoming a long-term SME for the platform post go-live.

Working closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, Payroll, and Technology teams, you'll play a key role in the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing support of Workday and the wider finance systems estate. You'll also help drive continuous improvement, adoption, and process enhancement across the business.

Workday experience would be beneficial but is not essential. We're keen to speak with Finance Systems professionals who have supported major ERP platforms and are looking to develop their Workday expertise.

Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Finance Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator, Functional Consultant, or ERP Specialist
• Hands-on experience supporting a major Finance ERP platform - Ideally Workday, if not Oracle, SAP, Dynamics 365, or NetSuite, etc.
• Experience with system configuration, reporting, and security administration
• Involvement in ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of core finance processes and controls
• Financial Services or Insurance experience
• Exposure to Power Platform, Copilot, or automation technologies
