Job summary

TRIA is undertaking a major Finance Transformation to implement Workday, replacing legacy systems. You will join during the implementation phase to shape the future of finance systems and become a long-term SME post go-live.

In this role you will configure, optimise and support Workday and related finance platforms, driving improvements and adoption across Finance, Procurement, HR, Payroll and Technology. Workday experience is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Finance systems experience within large organisations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (Workday, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics 365 or NetSuite).
• Experience with system configuration, reporting and security administration.

We're working with a well-established Insurance organisation embarking on a major Finance Transformation programme, implementing Workday to replace their legacy finance platform.

This is an excellent opportunity to join during the implementation phase, helping shape the future finance systems landscape whilst becoming a long-term SME for the platform post go-live.

Working closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, Payroll, and Technology teams, you'll play a key role in the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing support of Workday and the wider finance systems estate. You'll also help drive continuous improvement, adoption, and process enhancement across the business.

Workday experience would be beneficial but is not essential. We're keen to speak with Finance Systems professionals who have supported major ERP platforms and are looking to develop their Workday expertise.

Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Finance Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator, Functional Consultant, or ERP Specialist
• Hands-on experience supporting a major ERP platform such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, Dynamics 365, or NetSuite
• Experience with system configuration, reporting, and security administration
• Involvement in ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of core finance processes and controls
• Workday
• Financial Services or Insurance experience
• Exposure to Power Platform, Copilot, or automation technologies
