Remit and responsibilities

• Lead on sustainability reporting programs: Act as lead strategist, delivering rigorous and engaging reports across channels, from setting direction to stakeholder interviews and collaborating with creatives.
• Support clients’ alignment with frameworks: Help clients prepare for and align with standards like ESRS, ISSB, GRI, TCFD, and PAI through analysis and benchmarking.
• Work on sustainability strategy: Deliver strategies including materiality assessments and strategic frameworks and targets.
• Develop communications and campaigns: Lead topic-specific communications on climate transition, human rights, etc.
• Pitch to win: Lead proposals and pitches to acquire new clients and grow accounts.
• Raise our profile: Develop thought leadership content, network, and speak at events.
• Build internal knowledge: Upskill the team through sessions and training on sustainability topics.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial sustainability professional with agency or consultancy experience working across sectors and geographies.
• Up-to-date with evolving ESG frameworks, with knowledge of ESRS, ISSB, GRI, TCFD, and related standards.
• Experience advising on sustainability and ESG reporting, including annual reporting.
• Experience developing sustainability strategies and materiality assessments aligned with ESRS.
