Job summary

M&G is seeking an experienced Client Reporting professional to lead sustainability reporting across funds, products and regulatory outputs from its London office. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness and robust controls, with a drive to automate and scale processes.

You will collaborate with Sustainability, Product, Investment and Compliance teams, translating regulatory requirements into practical reporting workflows and ensuring governance artefacts remain current and effective.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sustainability reporting within asset management, including fund, product, client, entity and website disclosures.
• Good knowledge of key sustainability regulations and frameworks, including SFDR, UK SDR, EU Taxonomy, impact reporting and PAI concepts.
• Experience in sustainability, regulatory, fund or client reporting within financial services, with a strong understanding of interaction between regulations, disclosures, data, controls, governance and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own complex sustainability reporting deliverables across fund, product, client and regulatory reporting cycles, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely and supported by robust controls, evidence and sign-off processes.
• Deliver reporting production activities, including preparation of reporting outputs, template updates, data review, action tracking and coordination of approvals.
• Analyse and validate sustainability data from sources, performing reconciliations, quality checks and issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve complex reporting and data issues, identifying root causes across data, methodologies, processes, technology and stakeholder inputs.
• Continuously review reporting processes, controls and operating models to improve quality, scalability, efficiency and risk management.
