Job summary

M&G is seeking an experienced Client Reporting professional to own complex sustainability reporting across fund, product, client and regulatory outputs, delivering accurate, timely reporting with strong controls.

You will drive automation, data quality, and governance, coordinating with multiple teams in London and Mumbai, and translating regulatory frameworks into practical reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sustainability or regulatory reporting in asset management.
• Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable reporting processes.
• Proactive in improving processes, controls and automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own sustainability reporting deliverables across fund, product, client and regulatory reporting cycles.
• Coordinate data reviews, sign-off and governance processes.
• Analyse and validate data from sources, perform reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve complex reporting and data issues, identify root causes across data, methodologies, processes and stakeholders.
• Continuously review reporting processes, controls and operating models to improve quality and efficiency.
• Lead remediation and identify opportunities for automation, workflow tools and reporting technologies.
• Translate regulatory and framework requirements into practical reporting processes, templates, data requirements and delivery plans.
• Support regulatory change implementation through impact assessments and operational readiness activities.
