M&G plc is seeking a Corporate Communications Media Manager to lead media relations and corporate communication across City, business and sustainability media. The role sits in External Relations within the Corporate Affairs, Brand and Sustainability team, reporting to the Head of Media Communications.

The ideal candidate will have experience with a FTSE 100 environment, handling major corporate announcements and reputational risk, and will drive strategies in a highly regulated sector.

Qualifications

• Experience raising corporate profile across media.
• Ability to plan and execute communications strategies.
• Knowledge of media measurement and public policy impact.

Responsabilités

• Act as company representative at press briefings and external events.
• Produce press releases, media briefings and Q&A on corporate issues.
• Manage media requests and prepare briefing material for senior spokespeople.
• Oversee media training, governance and compliance of the media policy.
• Support AI tool adoption to improve media team efficiency.
