• Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years' experience in consultancy or built environment.

Your Role:

* Lead and manage BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to post-construction stages

* Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver on sustainability objectives

* Collect and submit documentation to support BREEAM credits

* Provide technical sustainability advice throughout project lifecycles

* Keep up to date with BREEAM updates and sustainability regulations

* Contribute to the strategic growth of the consultancy's environmental services

What You'll Bring:

* Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years' experience in consultancy or the built environment

* Excellent communication and project management skills

* Degree or equivalent experience in sustainability, environmental science, architecture, or engineering

* BREEAM AP accreditation is a plus

* Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is highly desirable

* Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
