Qualifications

  • Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years’ experience in consultancy or the built environment.
  • BREEAM AP accreditation is a plus.
  • Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is highly desirable.

  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver on sustainability objectives.

Your Role:

  • Lead and manage BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to post-construction stages
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver on sustainability objectives
  • Collect and submit documentation to support BREEAM credits
  • Provide technical sustainability advice throughout project lifecycles
  • Keep up to date with BREEAM updates and sustainability regulations
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the consultancy’s environmental services

What You’ll Bring:

  • Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years’ experience in consultancy or the built environment
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Degree or equivalent experience in sustainability, environmental science, architecture, or engineering
  • BREEAM AP accreditation is a plus
  • Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
