Your Responsibilities:

* Manage BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to post-construction

* Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure sustainability goals are met

* Gather and submit evidence to support BREEAM credit claims

* Stay informed on evolving legislation and BREEAM standards

* Offer expert advice to optimise project sustainability and performance

What We're Looking For:

* Licensed BREEAM Assessor with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a consultancy or construction environment

* Strong communication and project management skills

* Academic or professional background in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, or architecture

* BREEAM AP accreditation is a plus but not essential

* Experience with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is highly desirable

* Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and independently
