Job summary

Energia Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Sustainability Analyst to shape and embed the company’s sustainability strategy and influence group-wide decision-making.

The role moves beyond analysis to strategy, policy interpretation and advisory support on climate transition, regulatory developments and stakeholder expectations. Hybrid work pattern expected: 3 days in office, 2 days from home.

The Senior Sustainability Analyst (Strategy, Policy & Engagement) plays a key role in shaping and embedding the organisation’s sustainability strategy. This role moves beyond analysis into strategy, policy interpretation, and group-wide influence, ensuring sustainability is integrated into core business decision-making and long term planning. The role provides forward-looking insight on climate transition, regulatory developments, and stakeholder expectations, and acts as a trusted advisor to senior governance forums including the ESG Steering Group.
