Job summary

Energia Group is seeking an IT professional to deliver and implement a portfolio of business-focused IT projects. Reporting to the PMO Manager in the Technology & Innovation department, you will drive multi-million-pound programmes and partner with suppliers to ensure successful delivery.

You will oversee all SDLC phases, manage budgets, monitor financials, and lead senior teams to achieve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering IT programmes/projects at a senior level.
• Experience in all phases of Software Development Lifecycle.
• Extensive experience delivering multiple projects or large programmes, including budgeting, monitoring and reporting of finances.
• Experience managing third party suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement a portfolio of business-focused IT projects within Energia Group.
• Report to the PMO Manager and contribute to project governance and benefits realisation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business needs and are delivered on time and budget.

Reporting to the PMO Manager in the Technology & Innovation department, the successful candidate will be a highly self-motivated, results-driven, IT Professional with a proven track record in delivering IT projects/programmes of work to meet business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and implementing a portfolio of business-focused IT projects within the Energia Group. Our Technology & Innovation department currently has 30 live projects including key business improvements along with several refresh projects.

What you'll need

• Extensive experience in delivery IT programmes / projects at a senior level, with the ability to work on complex multi-million-pound programmes / projects.
• Experience in all phases of Software Development Lifecycle.
• Extensive experience of successfully delivering multiple projects or large multi-million pound/Euro programmes including preparing and submitting budget proposals, monitoring and reporting of financial information.
• Experience of managing third party suppliers.
