Irwin and Colton are pleased to announce that we are recruiting a Senior Sustainability Advisor for a leading UK transport and logistics company. This newly created role offers the opportunity to contribute to their decarbonisation strategy by reducing carbon emissions across their sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the collection of Scope 1, 2, and 3 data, monitor progress towards carbon reduction targets, and ensure compliance.
2. Compile and analyze data for annual sustainability reports and present findings to stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and operational leaders to embed best practices in sustainability.

Candidate Requirements:

1. A degree (BSc or MSc) in an environmental discipline; membership to IEMA is desirable.
2. Proven experience in energy and carbon management, preferably within the transport sector.
3. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advance the sustainability agenda.
