This position is based in Manchester or Liverpool and is full time & permanent.
CBRE are looking for an exceptional Senior Surveyor with strong property management experience to join the North Property Management Team. Based in Manchester or Liverpool you will be the lead surveyor responsible for managing a portfolio of assets across various clients, both local and national, with a particular focus on city centre offices, retail and industrial logistics. It is therefore preferable that you have previous experience in managing a range of asset types and have a strong focus on client relationships and customer service.
The Northern Property Management team is responsible for managing properties across a number of key clients throughout the country.
