105 Surveys is seeking a senior surveyor to lead measured building, topographical, and utility surveys across the North West. You will own projects from mobilisation to delivery, representing the company on site and in client communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in measured building and/or topographical surveying.
• Strong 2D AutoCAD drawing ability for full drawing packages.
• Independently manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out measured building, topographical, and utility surveys across sites.
• Capture site data: plans, elevations, sections, levels, services.
• Process survey data and produce 2D AutoCAD drawings to a high standard.
• Deliver complete survey packages on time for client use.
• Manage projects end-to-end, including workload planning and deadlines.
• Coordinate drawing outputs with the wider team.
• Liaise with clients and consultants throughout each project.
• Maintain high standards in survey control and data capture.
• Deliver surveys from site through to final drawings independently.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage own workload.
