Cowiesburn, a Scottish-based property management firm expanding into North West England and the Midlands, seeks a confident Senior Surveyor to lead client relationships across a diverse property portfolio.

This home-based role requires regular travel to client sites within the regions and occasional fully expensed travel to Edinburgh head office. A driving licence and access to a car are essential, with a car allowance provided.

Qualificações

• Relevant commercial property experience and strong client service focus.
• Up-to-date knowledge of property management law to provide credible advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
• Manage commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Advise on rent reviews, lease events, dilapidations, maintenance, and arrears.
• Prepare client reports and service charge budgets.
• Monitor expenditure and reconcile service charge accounts.
• Coordinate property inspections and required works; support safety compliance.
