e.surv Chartered Surveyors is seeking additional Residential Surveyors to support Mortgage Valuation work across the UK. The role is home-based with flexible working options and nationwide coverage.

You will be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year post-qualification experience focusing on Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports, offering market-leading pay and a broad variety of postcodes.

Qualifications

• RICS registered valuer with at least one year post-qualification residential surveying experience.
• Experience in Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports required.
• RICS accreditation or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports across designated areas.
• Provide accurate, timely survey reports using iPad-based workflows.
• Maintain high professional standards and comply with CPD requirements.
