Your opportunity with YOURRECRUIT LIMITED for a Surveyor & Estimator based near Godstone. The role covers surveying and estimating for hospitality and leisure sectors, with site visits across the South East and a requirement for AutoCAD capability.

You will be involved in tendering, scheduling and cost control across multiple live projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in surveying/estimating, a suitable surveying qualification, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience of surveying / estimating preferred.
• H&S related qualifications such as SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred).
• Within a 30-40 minute commute to Godstone offices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed site surveys and audit reporting.
• Tendering & estimating including quantifying labour and materials.
• Produce planned and project work programmes for client perusal.
• Manage multiple live projects and coordinate trades, materials and client updates.
• Update tender/quotations for variations and track project costs to maintain budgets.
• Meet clients and their surveyors on site and provide updates to management.
