A leading company is looking for a Senior Surveyor / Associate to manage a coastal estate, focusing on commercial lettings and business development. This role offers the chance to work with prestigious clients and includes competitive salary and flexible benefits.
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Senior Surveyor / Associate to concentrate on the management of an existing client’s coastal estate. The estate comprises a mix of leisure and commercial infrastructure related agreements for ports, marinas, rivers, and estuaries. This is a professional role with responsibility for delivering a mix of valuation, management, landlord and tenant, and other professional work, while identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be joining a small, welcoming and supportive team whilst having the opportunity to work with one of our highly prestigious clients.

What will it take to be successful?
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated MRICS Surveyor who enjoys driving business initiatives forward in a confident and personable manner. We would like you to have proven landlord and tenant experience alongside a specialist working knowledge of relevant legislation. Previous experience of business development would be advantages with a focus on providing excellent customer service is key to this role. A full UK driving licence is essential.
