Job summary

Oyster in Slough is seeking a Senior Surveyor - Commercial Property Management to take ownership of a portfolio of modern office assets on behalf of a leading institutional fund client. You will manage buildings of 60,000 sq ft+ and oversee service charge budgets, with autonomy from day one.

MRICS qualified or nearing qualification is preferred; you will work closely with clients, drive refurbishment and value-adding projects, and have clear progression within a supportive team.
