Senior Surveyor – Commercial Property Management

? Central London | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | Up to £60,000 | Car Allowance £4,000

We’re partnering with one of the UK’s most respected property firms renowned for its exceptional service and strong employee retention to find a Senior Surveyor for their Commercial Property Management team.

This 12-month contract role offers the opportunity to manage a premium portfolio of Grade A office and retail assets in Central London. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of property management, including rent collection, service charge oversight, and client reporting.

This is a high-profile, hands-on position with a business recognised for setting industry standards.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in commercial property management
• Skilled in rent collection and service charge management
• Ideally MRICS qualified (not essential)
• Confident, proactive, and highly client-focused
