An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven individual to join our growing and exciting Infrastructure Sector as a Senior Surveyor, based in either our Central London or Reading office.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering key deliverables as directed by the client account remit
• Managing transactional responsibilities independently, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and estate queries/issues
• Responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with Surveyors on the nominated client account(s)
• Preparing legal documentation summaries
• Analyzing and manipulating data via the client database
• Submitting client reports and recommendations through the Cluttons client database
• Serving as a point of contact for projects with the client
• Preparing client reports regularly, both ad hoc and structured, according to client requests

Requirements

• Experience as a Telecoms Surveyor or in asset management is essential
• Understanding and experience working under the Electronic Communications Code 2017
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and achieve desired outcomes
• Ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and legislation relevant to commercial property management and surveying
• Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships
• Experience leading client initiatives and team management
