Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative Senior Surveyor to join our growing Infrastructures team. The role focuses on client advisory services related to land assembly and compensation, representing developers, acquiring authorities, and private landowners.

Qualifications & Skills

• RICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status
• Extensive experience in general practice or infrastructure surveying
• Business development skills with the ability to foster new and existing client relationships
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and a friendly, empathetic, diplomatic, and approachable demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility

Additional Requirements

• Full clean UK driving licence
• Experience in Compulsory Purchase and rural surveying is advantageous
