Job summary

Keys Care, part of Keys Group, is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for Warmley Court in Bristol. The role involves leading a team of Support Workers, delivering high-quality care in line with care plans, and supporting adults moving through recovery in a community setting.

Salary: £15.25 - £15.85* per hour

HOURS: 35 per week

About Warmley Court:

We support up to 10 adults and are aimed at people moving onto the next stage of recovery after leaving hospital, or for long term support in a supported community setting. We enable people to re-learn lost skills and develop new strategies in different areas of their lives.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

• Managing a team of Support Workers
• Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
• Liaise with health professionals and their families
• Complete supervisions and audits
