Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and review person-centred support plans to an exceptional standard.
• Complete admin tasks to ensure CQC compliance.
• Provide practice leadership by observing colleagues and giving feedback.
• Assume safeguarding adults responsibilities.
• Contribute to designing and delivering support for service users with behavioural challenges.
• Assist with moving, handling and risk management if needed.
