This role involves flexible shifts and responsibilities including providing essential support to clients and assisting in management duties. Full-time, Permanent Contract (37 hours per week)

We’re currently looking for a full timeSeniorSupport Workerwithin theScarborough area. Flexibility is key for this role as our shifts are varied, meaning you may be required to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings. A full UK Driving License is essential, along with a good level of computer literacy due to the variety of IT-based tasks involved in this role.
Our mission is to provide inclusive and personalised support. As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be assisting the local management team in providing basic management duties, as well as delivering hands on high-quality support. This role also involves being part of the locality’s on-call service (on a rota basis). This is a varied and meaningful role where you will be helping the people you support to live the life they choose.
