We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Support Worker based in Buckhaven and surrounding areas.
Salary: between £32,507-£34,545
Applicants are required to have a full clean manual UK Drivers license and access to own vehicle.
You will be managing a team of support practitioners and involved in managing the daily aspects of services in your region.

As a Senior Support Worker, your duties could include managing and mentoring support staff, identifying training needs, leading support plan writing, rota management, and participating in review meetings. You will also provide practical support with daily living, personal care, and promoting a positive, active, healthy lifestyle for the individuals you support.
For all Senior Support Worker roles, we require drivers with access to their own vehicles due to travel needs. This is a full-time position. Senior staff are expected to cover on-call duties on a rotational basis and assist with shift coverage when needed.
All successful applicants will receive a conditional offer, subject to satisfactory references and PVG checks. Having a conviction does not necessarily disqualify you from working in this sector.
The successful applicant must also register with SSSC as a Supervisor in Care at Home and Housing Support Services upon taking up the post.
