We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Support Worker based in Buckhaven and surrounding areas.
Salary: between £32,507-£34,545
Applicants must have a full clean manual UK Drivers license and access to their own vehicle.
You will manage a team of support practitioners and oversee daily service operations in your region.

As a Senior Support Worker, your duties include managing and mentoring support staff, identifying training needs, leading support plan development, rota management, and participating in review meetings. You will also provide practical support with daily living activities, personal care, and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Due to travel requirements, candidates must have access to a vehicle. This is a full-time role, with responsibilities including covering on-call duties on a rotational basis.
Successful applicants will receive a conditional offer, subject to references and PVG checks. Applicants must register with SSSC as a Supervisor in Care at Home and Housing Support Services upon employment.
