National Care Group Limited is recruiting a Senior Support Worker to join Merryden in Cinderford. You will assist senior management to assess support needs and help develop new ideas to enhance service quality.

The role requires you to treat people with respect, listen to their needs and be kind, friendly and honest, with a focus on empowering individuals to live as independently as possible.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams in a care setting.
• Experience or progression towards a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care.
• Ability to listen to needs, show empathy and respond respectfully.

Responsabilités

• Support the Senior Management team to assess individuals' support needs.
• Develop and implement new ideas to improve service quality.
• Foster an inclusive, compassionate environment and ensure safety and wellbeing.
