Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our Gloucester team. You will work across residential, supported living and outreach settings, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs with a person-centred approach.

You will lead by example, motivate staff, ensure high quality care, and contribute to care planning while embracing our values of respect, kindness and honesty in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Experience with electronic care planning systems preferred (Nourish).
• Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Assist in senior management to assess support needs and develop service improvements.
• Support individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs with respect and empathy.
• Motivate and manage a team to deliver person-centred care.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews.
