Voyage Care in Friday Bridge is hiring a Senior Support Worker to lead a supported living service and help people gain independence. You will support the Manager with day-to-day supervision, allocate shifts, train new staff, and oversee medication ordering and finances for those supported.

The role requires a Level 3 in Health & Social Care and prior Senior Support Worker experience, with mandated UK Manual Driving License and LD/Autism experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
• Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience working in LD and Autism.

Responsibilities

• Help people gain more independence in their daily lives.
• Assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
• Allocate shifts and book training; induct new colleagues.
• Support with supervision and ordering medication; ensure people supported manage finances.
