• Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
• Experience supporting young adults with complex needs.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to rota including alternate weekends.

Responsabilités

• Support and guide a team of Support Workers to create a positive, caring environment.
• Lead shifts to ensure routines and individual support plans are followed.
• Provide personal care and tailored support for young adults with complex needs.
• Assist induction and ongoing development of staff.
• Support activities in residential and community settings.
