Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our care team. You will recognise and facilitate residents' daily needs, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, and contribute to care planning and coaching of support workers.

With emphasis on high quality care, the role maintains residents' personal care, respects dignity, and promotes independence. Reports to Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Nurse and supports a collaborative, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• You will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.
