Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Greenfields Close in Newark. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care and leading a compassionate team to support adults with complex needs in a residential setting.

Tailor environments to meet needs while following Health and Safety policies.
Recruit and manage staff with robust induction, supervision and training.
Deliver high-quality care aligned with Salutem Quality Assurance framework and incident handling policies.
