Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Must be compassionate, reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work towards the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) or an equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support morning routines, including personal care, medication, and school prep.
• Assist with school runs and afternoon activities.
• Participate in training and maintain case/records as required.
