Job summary

Hillcrest Futures is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker for Crieff Services to empower individuals to live the life they choose. The role focuses on compassionate, person-centred support delivered by a caring team under strong leadership.

You will work across diverse needs including autism, dementia, and mental health, while promoting independence and meaningful relationships in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to undertake SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care.
• Willingness to undertake the Professional Development Award in Supervisory Management.
• A caring, compassionate nature with strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Advising, supporting and supervising the staff team under the guidance of the Service Manager.
• Delivering person-centred support that aligns with each individual’s goals and interests.
• Supporting individuals with autism, dementia, epilepsy, learning disabilities, mental health and substance support.
• Promoting choice and independence by empowering decisions and goal attainment.
• Building positive relationships founded on trust, respect, and understanding.
• Providing encouragement and tailored support to help people live fulfilling lives.
