Priory is seeking a Senior Support Worker for Juniper View, a new development in Northern Ireland. The role focuses on day shifts with a full UK driving license required, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The development will feature 11 apartments and a dedicated care team to implement personalised care plans. You will supervise, train and lead shifts, ensuring high standards of practice, safety and dignity for residents, while coordinating with qualified staff on

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or Support Worker.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the delivery of person-centred care.
• Provide leadership during shifts, including handovers and role allocation.

• Manage service users’ finances and assist with budgeting per policy.

£13.45 per hour
Full Time – 37.5 hours

Juniper View has an opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our team for day shifts. Due to the needs of our residents, you will need to have a full UK driving license.

Juniper View is a new development and will have 11 apartments in total. We will be supporting those with primary learning disability and complex needs but may also have further mental health and/or mobility restrictions.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Support Worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.

• Supervise and support the delivery of person-centred support and care
