Senior Support Worker (Complex Care) - Sponsorship Available

Britannia Social Care is recruitingSenior Support Workers to deliver complex care across Exeter and nearby areas. This is a dynamic role supporting children, young people, and adults with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and other complex needs.

  • Job Title: Complex Care Support Worker (Senior Support Worker)
  • Location: Exeter & Surrounding Areas
  • Salary: From £15/hour (experience/qualification dependent) + bank holiday enhancements
  • Contract Types: Full-Time (37.5 hrs), Part-Time (20–24 hrs), Bank positions
  • Shift Patterns:
    • Early: 7:00am – 3:00pm
    • Late: 2:45pm – 9:45pm
    • Waking Night: 10:00pm – 7:15am
    • Alternate weekends required

Candidate Requirements
  • Age: 21+ (due to service requirements)
  • Licence & Transport: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Children & Young People services (adult care experience is a bonus)
  • Skills: Strong communication, observational skills, and proven de‑escalation techniques
  • Attributes: High energy, positive attitude, calm under pressure
