Job summary

Prosperity Care & Wellbeing is seeking a Female Senior Support Worker (Job Grade A) to join our team. The role focuses on supporting adults with complex care needs and travelling to services in Gloucester, Cheltenham and Thornbury. Shifts run 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm and 7am-10pm.

The contract is 45 hours per week with a salary of £15.37 per hour. Applicants must be female with a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle; this is an occupational requirement.

Qualifications

• Female and holds full UK driving license with access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with complex and clinical care needs (ABI, learning disabilities, epilepsy, PEG) and challenging behaviours.
• Lead a team of care staff, championing excellent care and auditing, and help residents achieve their goals.
