• Provide personalized support and care to service users, promoting independence and well-being.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Lead and mentor a team of support workers, ensuring high standards of care.
• Monitor service users’ physical and emotional well-being, reporting concerns appropriately.
• Assist in risk assessments and implement safeguarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate care records, reports, and documentation.
