We have an opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join Landau. As a Senior Support Worker, you will provide high quality, person centred support to adults with learning disabilities in centre and within the community, promoting independence, wellbeing, and inclusion.
The Senior Support Worker leads and supports staff in delivering meaningful activities, safeguarding individuals, and ensuring care plans are followed effectively. The role contributes to a safe, empowering environment where individuals can develop skills, build confidence, and engage fully in daily opportunities.

As this role involves regular work with children and young people, and meets the definition of regulated activity, it is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
